FINCH CUSTOMER HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
At Finch making sure that you feel beautiful, relaxed and inspired by your purchase means a whole lot to us. That’s why we offer our customer happiness guarantee for online purchases. If you are not totally in love with your purchase then we have the following options for you.
- EXCHANGE - change for another size/colour
- STORE CREDIT - get a store credit for the full cost of the goods valid for 12 months (doesn’t include shipping costs)
How do I return my goods?
- Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of your goods arriving to request a return authorization
- Send the goods and proof of purchase back to us within 14 days of requesting the return. Delivery address is: FINCH MARGARET RIVER, SHOP 1 AND 2, 103 BUSSELL HWY MARAGARET RIVER WESTERN AUSTRALIA, 6285
- Goods need to be received in original condition and fit for sale with all swing tags and be unworn *
- Chat to us about what option you would like (exchange or store credit) then its happy days.
Some of the finer points:
- We will ship exchanged goods back to you free of charge for your first exchange, subsequent exchanges incur our standard shipping fees, with the exception of international orders in which case the cost of shipping the goods back is at the customers expense.
- Credits are not issued for purchases made with a gift card.
- *If the goods are not in original condition ie have been worn to the Oscars, Emmys’ or anywhere in fact then our happiness policy doesn’t apply.
- We offer this policy in good faith and trust that it is redeemed that way too.
- Refunds for the cost of initial shipping are only given when the product has a proven manufacturing fault.
- Strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges and/or store credits for sale items.
- All refunds, exchanges and store credits are issued within Australian Consumer Law
No refunds are offered on international orders and shipping for exchanged or returned goods is at the customers cost.
